Hey guys, how are you!? Wow! It feels so great to be back into blogging. It been a long time since I shared something with you. So as a comeback, let me share with my summer escapade! This year's summer is a wonderful experience. Thanks to my parents, few things on my bucketlist are ticked off. We went for a roadtrip from Davao City to the north part of the Philippines! The trip was indeed tiring but it was fun and fulfilling. I am so happy I was able to witness and experience how wonderful our country is.

So here are some snapshot from our trip!

First stop: LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY

We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights in Casablanca Suites.

The majestic Mayon Volcano right outside our hotel window.
Legazpi Boulevard
Our Lady of the Gate Church (Daraga Church)
The Bell Tower in Cagsawa Ruins

Second Stop: BAGUIO CITY

We stayed for 3 days in our relative's Rest House. We visited Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Cathedral, and the Strawberry Field in Benguet. We dine in 50s Diner, and Cafe by the Ruins.

Shrimp and Mango Curry | Their famous Baguio Bagnet
Strawberry Farm in Benguet
Strawberry Taho

Third Stop: VIGAN CITY

Vigan is a World Heritage Site. It is one of the few Hispanic towns left in the Philippines where its structures remained intact, and is well known for its cobblestone streets, and a unique architecture that fuses Philippine and Oriental building designs and construction, with colonial European architecture.

In Vigan, stayed in Hem's Apartelle. We only stayed for a night and a day in Vigan. We visited the famous Calle Crisologo, dine at Cafe Leona, and roam around the city. I was able to visit Plaza Burgos and try their Emapanada, Kusina de Kenyong and their huge beef burger, and Hotel Luna.

St. Augustine Church
Bantay Bell Tower

Too bad for me i wasn't able to visit the Hidden Garden, Baluarte, Crisologo Museum, Padre Burgos' House, and I wasn't able to witness the world-class 30-minute Dancing Fountain show.

Last stop and my favorite: LAOAG CITY

We visited the St. William’s Cathedral & Sinking Bell Tower, La Paz Sand Dunes, Fort Ilocandia Resort & Casino, Paoay Chruch, Marcos Museum and Mausoleum in Batac, Cape Bojeador Lighthouse, Bangui Windmill, and the Patapat Bridge in Pagudpud

We weren't able to visit the Kapurpurawan White Rock Formation, and Malacanang of the North because we only have a limited time in the city.

I am looking forward to go back to these cities and visit the tourist spots I wasn't able to visit.
This experience is really memorable! It's really fun in the Philippines.
Can't wait for my next trip around the Philippines!
